Hey there, i'm Eddie Ron.
I wasn't always the athletic type. In fact, as a kid I struggled because I didn't fit the typical "sports guy" mold. After discovering methods like Pilates, calisthenics & Yoga, which all resonated with me on a deep level.


I fell in love with Movement. I studied for 4 years to become a Sports Therapist.
Opened a Pilates studio with my wife and soon after opened my Sports-therapy Clinic.


I dove into Movement & rehabilitation headfirst and it's been 15 amazing years since opening the door for the first time to our studio.


A few years ago, LIFE threw me a CURVEBALL – a brain tumor and complex surgery. During recovery, I turned to my mat for solace.

Following all the teachings of these training methods, I embarked on a journey of gaining my strength back. And you know what? It changed everything. I emerged stronger, more passionate, and with even a deeper appreciation for movement.
