I believe movement is medicine.
That belief has guided me through nearly two decades of work helping people move better. I'm a certified Sports Therapist, who is also trained in Clinical Pilates.
I've worked with professional athletes and thousands of everyday people (most of them over 50), all searching for real solutions to stiffness, pain, and mobility loss.
My formal education gave me the foundation, but the real learning came from 15+ years of hands-on practice in my clinic, studying under movement pioneers, and discovering what textbooks don't teach: how real bodies actually adapt or fail to, in the real world.
Everything changed after brain surgery left me unable to perform even the simplest movements. I couldn't get off the floor without help, and even with all my training, traditional rehab wasn't enough. That's when I began rebuilding from zero, creating the exact protocol I now teach, the 8-Minute Mobility Reset. In less than 3 months: I completely restored my own mobility, and since then more than 20,000 people have used this same approach to reclaim movement they thought was gone forever.
What makes this method different is that it starts with the nervous system, not just the muscles. Most mobility programs obsess over flexibility, how far you can stretch or how you look in a pose. But what people really need is better function. Function beats form every time.
The Reset is built on two principles that change the way you train:
Control before range, build strength and own what you already have first, then expand.
Trust before force, your nervous system must feel safe to release.
Scaling back just enough to help your body adapt without pushback, making progress sustainable instead of temporary.
I'm not here to show you what I can do, I'm here to help you rediscover what you can do! Because movement heals, and rebuilding trust in your body is the key to lifelong freedom.
