About Your Instructor

My name is Eddie, and helping people move with ease and confidence has been my passion for over 15 years. I wasn’t always the expert I am today. At the height of my career as a sports therapist, working with Olympic athletes and Formula 1 drivers, life threw me a curveball—a brain tumor. Surgery left me weak, full of doubt, and starting from scratch. I had to rebuild my body, step by step, just like many of you might feel you need to do now.

Through methods like Pilates, calisthenics, and Yoga, I not only regained my strength but came back stronger than ever. Today, I’m in my 40s, feeling healthier than I did in my 20s. Over the years, I’ve distilled everything I’ve learned into a simple system that has already transformed the lives of thousands—helping them eliminate pain, build strength, and unlock their full potential.
